His southern influence and love of playing music for friends has evolved into a laid back Americana-country-blues style of singing and songwriting. Brook Faulk 11am - 1pm:

The love of music for singer/songwriter Brook Faulk comes from the same motto that makes most businesses successful...location, location, location. Raised on a cattle ranch under the Western sky, Brook comes from a long line of real cowboys and rodeo men. She grew up listening to all the old country favorites with her dad, while driving down the long dusty roads. It was there that Brook developed her love affair with music. A throwback from the past, she began singing at a young age, quickly finding her way into the rural music scene of country fairs, coffee houses, and local honkytonks.

Emily Tipton Band 2-5pm:

Get ready for mid-song outbursts of applause inspired by wide-ranged vocal riffs that shake hands with the musical styles of vintage-indie-pop-soul-rock, Emily Tipton. The Emily Tipton band is making their mark on the music block. This New-to-Boise band with pure vintage-indie-soul and gripping vocal chops introduce you to a story distantly familiar yet like something you've never heard. Her power-packed voice caused quite the buzz. This eclectic quartet primarily met while crossing paths working with their other projects and by collaborating at the Pengilly's open jams in downtown Boise. As this group came together it was instantly noticeable that there was a natural chemistry that fit together from the get go.
